Forney High School and North Forney High School Begin Preparations for Homecoming Activities
Forney High School and North Forney High School students are working hard to put their homecoming events and activities together. Preparations are currently underway for parades, dances and other activities for both high schools.
Forney High School Homecoming
Forney High School’s homecoming game will be held on Friday, Sept. 28 against the Royse City Bulldogs. Students have set Saturday, Sept. 29 as the date for the school’s homecoming parade and dance.
Organizations wishing to participate in the Forney High School 2018 Homecoming Parade can complete the on-line registration form. A link to the form is below. There is no fee for Forney High School groups and organizations or any other Forney ISD schools or organizations. There is a $25 registration fee for all organizations/businesses/individuals not associated with FHS or Forney ISD. All registrations are due by Friday, Sept. 15, 2018.
Please note: Semi-trucks and/or 18-Wheel trucks will not be allowed in the parade. Only flat-bed trailers, (25 ft long maximum), are permitted in the parade.
The FHS Homecoming Parade is scheduled to begin at 11:30 a.m. The parade will begin at Jackrabbit Stadium and travel north on Bois d’Arc to Main Street.
North Forney High School Homecoming
North Forney High School’s Homecoming Game is scheduled for Friday, Oct. 5 against the Greenville Lions. The Falcon’s will hold their homecoming parade on Saturday, Sept. 29 and the NFHS Homecoming Dance is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 6.

The NFHS Homecoming Parade is scheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m. The parade will start at Blackburn Elementary School and travel north on Iron Gate Blvd. and conclude at North Forney High School.
NFHS will host an Extravaganza at North Forney High School immediately following the homecoming parade.
