Registration/Residency Verification for Returning Students to Forney ISD
All returning students to Forney ISD are required to register and provide residency verification documents to confirm returning student information. Parents must log into their parent Skyward account to complete registration for the 2018-2019 school year as well as to upload a current utility bill to verify residency in the Forney ISD school zone. Utility bills should be scanned and uploaded in the 'Required Documents' section of the Skyward registration on-line form. In addition, all 4th grade through 12th grade students must pay the technology fee as well.
Once you are logged into the parent Skyward account, click on your child’s name, then click on the ‘Register’ link. Complete each section of the registration form.
To upload a utility bill, first scan the document into a PDF format, then click on the ‘Required Documents’ link.
To pay the technology fee, click on the ‘Required Fee’ link.
If you have more than one child attending school in Forney ISD, repeat the process for each child.
If you are unable to upload a utility bill or pay the technology fee on-line, please go to your child’s campus to provide the documents and pay the fee.
Registration/Residency Verification must be completed NO LATER THAN AUGUST 10, 2018. Classes cannot be assigned for returning students until the registration/residency verification is complete.
