Effective June 1, 2018, all Head Start student records located at Henderson Elem. inactive since 2013-2015 will be shredded. Parents or legal guardians may retrieve their student’s records at Henderson Elem. (Head Start ), 12755 F.M. 1641, Forney, TX. 75126, 469-762-4177. ID will be required.
