Forney Education Foundation Golf Tournament Scheduled for Friday, May 18
The Forney Education Foundation's Annual Golf Tournament Fund Raising Event will be held on Friday, May 18 at Tangle Ridge Golf Club in Grand Prairie. The tournament, sponsored by MCL Construction LLC Texas, will be a scramble format with an 8:30 a.m. start. Lunch is included with the tournament. Money raised from the event will help the foundation fund Dual Credit scholarships for Forney ISD high school students and teacher grants for Forney ISD teachers.
The Forney Education Foundation is a non-profit organization that supports the students, teachers, staff members and the District as a whole with Dual Credit scholarships, District Sponsorships and Teacher Grants. The foundation was formed in 2004 and has awarded a number of scholarships and teacher grants for 14 years.
Individuals and teams interested in playing in the 2018 Forney Education Foundation Golf Tournament can register on-line from the link below. Sponsorships are also available, including sponsoring a Forney High School or North Forney High School boys or girls golf team.
