Forney ISD 2018 STEAMcamp Enrollment Opens on Tuesday, April 3
Forney ISD's innovative STEAMcamps (Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts and Math), are back! The District began offering the educational fun-filled summer campus last summer and the camps were the hottest ticket in town!
Last year the District offered camps like Art Camp, a Steel Drum Camp, a Musical Theatre Camp and a Chess Camp. The most popular camp, the Cupcake Camp, sold out in less than two days which prompted the District to open a second Cupcake Camp which sold out in less than one day!
Forney ISD offered a total of 10 camps with 16 sessions last summer. This year the District has more than doubled the number of camps and sessions being offered! All of the camp instructors are Forney ISD teachers and the larger camps will also have student helpers from both Forney High School and North Forney High School.
More than 300 students registered for the Forney ISD STEAM camps last year which also included students from outside of Forney ISD.

Registration for all of the Forney ISD 2018 STEAMcamps will open at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, April 3. Students can enroll on-line by clicking on the link below, or use their QR reader on their phones using the QR code below.
