Forney ISD 4th Annual Health Fair - Jan. 25
Forney ISD will host the District's 4th Annual Health Fair on Thursday, Jan. 25, 2018 in the cafeteria at Forney High School from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m.
The FISD Health Fair, presented by the Forney ISD School Health Advisory Council (SHAC), is a two-hour event full of interactive booths of health and safety information, screenings, fun activities and take home prizes. The goal of the health fair is to bring the entire community together to promote healthy behaviors and provide resources to help accomplish total wellness.
Passport Health/North Texas Flu Shots will also be conducting a flu and children's vaccination clinic at the FISD Health Fair this year. Vaccinations such as Chicken Pox, Dtap, MMR, Meningococcal will be available. Click on the link below for more information about the flu and vaccination clinic.
The event is free and open to the public. Students, staff members, families and all community members are all welcome and encouraged to attend.
Please park in the parking lot near the Forney High School competition gymnasium and enter through those doors.
