Parent Involvement Program - Taking a Stand Against Bullying
Beginning in September, Forney ISD began a new initiative of Parent Involvement Workshops designed to help parents become more involved in their child's education and more supportive of their child's school.
The first workshop, titled Parent Involvement: Taking an Active Role, was held in September. The next Parent Involvement Workshop will be held on Monday, Nov. 27 at 6:30 p.m. The topic of the workshop will be Bullying. The program, titled "Taking a Stand Against Bullying" will be presented by Aim for Success.
