Forney ISD to Hold an Open Pre-K Enrollment Session August 10
Forney ISD will hold an open Pre-Kindergarten Enrollment on Thursday, August 10, 2017 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Forney ISD Central Administration Building.

Enrollment Requirements:
Must be 4 years of age on or before September 1, 2017
Qualifications:
Students must meet one the following qualifications to enroll in the Pre-K program:
Income (must provide food stamp/SNAP letter or four current paycheck stubs)
Language (English is not the primary language spoken in the home)
Foster care
Active military
Document Requirements:
Birth Certificate (student)
Social Security Card (student)
Current shot record
Parent's driver license with Forney address
Utility bill ( one of the following - gas, water or electric)
One of the following - mortgage statement, lease agreement, settlement statement, deed, closing contract
