FISD Air Force Junior ROTC Welcomes New Cadets to the 2017-2018 Program
The Forney ISD Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFJROTC) recently held a week-long boot camp for all new cadets entering the program for the 2017-2018 school year. A total of 31 new incoming cadets attended and graduated from the camp which was held on June 19-22 at Forney High School.
The Forney High School AFJROTC program includes cadets from both Forney High School and North Forney High School. This year’s incoming training camp was the largest new cadet camp that the FISD AFJROTC program has experienced since 2013.
