FHS Softball Continues Playoff Run in Regional Semi-Finals
The Forney High School softball team will continue their run in the University Interscholastic League (UIL) State Playoffs this week in a Regional Semi-Final Series against Mansfield Lake Ridge and dedicate their season to their fallen teammate, Emily Galiano.
The team will face Mansfield Lake Ridge in their first of the best-of-three game series on Thursday, May 18 at 6 p.m. at Kennedale High School. Game two of the series will take place on Friday, May 19 at 6 p.m. at Rockwall High School. Game three, if necessary will be played at Rockwall High School at a time to be determined.
