Forney ISD to Hold Athletic Physicals for 2017-2018 School Year
Forney ISD will provide physicals for all student athletes that will participate in sports during the 2017-2018 school year on Saturday, May 20 at City Bank Stadium. Students in middle school or high school must have a physical annually to participate in Forney ISD athletics. The fee for the physical is $10.
Below is the schedule for physicals for all middle schools and high schools:
Warren Middle School - 8 a.m. - 10 a.m.
Forney High School - 10 a.m. - 12 noon
Brown Middle School - 1 p.m. - 3 p.m.
North Forney High School - 3 p.m. - 5 p.m.
