Enrollment can be completed online at home and/or at the Forney ISD campus which the student is zoned to attend. Forney ISD campuses will be open during designated dates and times throughout the summer months for enrollment and required document processing.

Final Report Card from Previous School
Proof of Residency
Driver's License with Current Address (and)
Mortgage Statement or Closing Contract/Settlement Statement or Lease Agreement (and)
Current Utility Bill (water, gas or electric only)
Other Documents
Bona Fide Residence Affidavit (living with Forney resident)
Power of Attorney (student living with Forney resident separate and apart from parent/guardian)
