Forney ISD offers enrollment during the summer months for all students who will be new to the District with the start of the 2018-19 school year. Enrollment can be completed on-line and/or at the student's home campus during the summer. Each campus in the District will be open during designated dates and times throughout the summer months for enrollment and required document processing.

 

Elementary School Enrollment For New Students to Forney ISD

New elementary students to Forney ISD can enroll at their home campus beginning on Tuesday, May 29 through Thursday, June 14 and again beginning on Monday, July 9 through Friday, August 17. All campuses will be closed July 2 through July 6. The campuses are open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. each week.

Secondary (Middle School and High School) New Student Summer Enrollment Dates/Times

New secondary students to Forney ISD can enroll at their home campus beginning on Tuesday, May 29 through Friday, August 17. All campuses will be closed July 2 through July 6. The campuses are open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. each week.

On-Line Enrollment - All Grade Levels

New students to Forney ISD for the 2018-19 school year can also enroll on-line though the District's Skyward system. Below are instructions on how to enroll on-line.

1. Create a Log-in to Skyward

    - Click on the following link - tinyurl.com/FISDRegister

    - Fill out the form with the information requested

    - You will receive an email with a temporary password for the on-line enrollment 

 

2. Complete the On-line Enrollment Form

    - Click on the following link to begin the enrollment - tinyurl.com/FISDEnrollment

    - Fill out the form with the required information

    - Step 6 requires documents to be scanned and uploaded to the system

    - Scan the required documents into a PDF format and upload them to the system

      * - Android Phone - Use Simple Scan         

If you are unable to scan and upload the documents, please bring hard copies to the campus during the dates and times listed above.

3. Immunization Records

4. Final Report Card from Previous School (If applicable)

 

Proof of Residence Documents

 

1. Drivers License with Current Address - AND-

2. Mortgage Statement (or) Closing Contract/Settlement Statement (or) Lease Agreement

3. Current Utility Bill
